Challenges

After a preliminary analysis of the existing website and the flow of visitors, it quickly became clear that the company/team page was one of the most visited pages. Visitors not only want to be informed about technical expertise, but also want to know who is behind the company and who the contact persons are for their construction projects. We met this user need by presenting the team prominently on the homepage with text and images.

Lead Generation Form

The highlight of the site is the house builder online check. This gives prospective buyers the opportunity to find out in advance what type of house builder they are. This helps them to concretize their own wishes and needs and to think about positions that are still unclear. The building studio receives the data via this lead generation tool and can thus get an idea of the potential customer and their wishes in advance.

Thanks to the comprehensive analysis in advance and the detailed conception of the project, we succeeded in presenting the company's wide range of products and services in a well-structured way using modern technical standards. Subtle animations, an image video and high-quality photos round off the overall picture.
