Challenges
The first step is obvious: we need to get to know the company. We need to understand how it works and what makes it unique as an employer. We started by organizing a workshop to work out the employer brand.
With the help of the business model canvas and employer positioning, we shed light on the company, its challenges and values.
Result
The result is a comprehensive career portal with easy application options that offers all information about the company (benefits, values, home office options, job profiles, insights, social feeds).
